Sport Game Goods sells made-to-order apparel. Each item is printed specifically for your order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email us at hello@sportgamegoods.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Size and Fit

Because every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or fit issues. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation or changes once production has started.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Your bank, card provider, or PayPal may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
