Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we've got you covered.
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you're not satisfied for ANY reason within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us for a full refund. No need to ship the item back—keep it, gift it, or donate it.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, email us at hello@sportgamegoods.com within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge OR issue a full refund—your choice.
WRONG SIZE / DON'T LOVE THE FIT?
All our apparel is print-on-demand, so we can't accept exchanges. We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. If sizing is off, we'll work with you to make it right.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email hello@sportgamegoods.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for refund
• Photo (if damaged or wrong item)
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we've already started production and cannot cancel.
