Sport Game Goods is a made-to-order apparel shop. Each item is printed after you place your order, then shipped directly from our print partners.

Where We Ship

We currently focus on customers in the United States. If shipping options are available to your address at checkout, the delivery estimate and cost will be shown before you pay.

Production Time

Most apparel orders are produced within 2-5 business days. During busy seasons, major sports events, holidays, or supplier delays, production may take a little longer.

U.S. Shipping Times

Standard shipping: usually 2-8 business days after production.
Express shipping: if available at checkout, the estimated delivery window will be shown before payment.

Total estimated time from order to delivery is usually 5-13 business days for standard U.S. orders.

Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $35 when the promotion is shown on our store.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page when tracking information is available.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@sportgamegoods.com within 7 days of delivery or the latest tracking update. Please include your order number and photos if the item or package was damaged.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will help you review the options available, but additional shipping costs may apply.
